There are two pricing structures:
PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP
- This membership gives you unlimited sessions for the whole calendar month, plus up to 30 monthly recipes for breakfasts, side dishes, main courses and desserts. They are all macro counted. Each recipe features a My Fitness Pal barcode so that you can scan your food straight into the app.
- This is a great option if you know that you will attend at least two sessions per week, and would like regular inspiration and structure with your nutrition. A monthly membership has shown to encourage accountability due to the upfront payment and wanting to get value for money! This option runs from the 1st to the last day of the month.
- Platinum members also receive various bootcamp recipe books, along with the monthly book, giving lots of variety and inspiration.
- Clients get unlimited access to the online workout log, featuring over 200 workouts that they can access 24/7. They also get a client handbook, full of lifestyle and nutritional support.
PAY AS YOU GO
- This option is great if you only want to do the odd session, or aren’t ready to commit to the monthly membership. You turn up and pay cash at the session, or you can use the bacs or PayPal option, if that works better for you.
Fitness tests
For those that are interested, various fitness tests can be done to track progress. Some can be done at home, whist others will be carried out within the bootcamp sessions. These are a great way of seeing progress and they’ve you a target to beat next time you give it it go! This is a competition with yourself – can you beat your last score, or maybe try a harder variation?
Personal Training
All Personal training clients receive bespoke programmes, written especially for their individual needs. The sessions are delivered from a private home gym, which can be a safe haven for those not wanting to venture into a commercial setting.
An initial assessment and consultation will determine goals, needs, injuries, personal preferences and previous experience. The 1:1 sessions that follow will include personal support and guidance, that meet your individual needs. Whether you are looking to improve a certain lift, have a specific goal in mind, or want to start from scratch, Personal Training can be a great opportunity to make significant changes and have every session tailored especially for you.
All PT clients receive a monthly branded recipe ebook, featuring breakfasts, side dishes, main meals and desserts. All recipes are macro counted and feature My Fitness Pal barcodes for logging straight to the app.
Nutrition
Nutritional advice is given, in line with healthy eating guidelines. Extra help with calculating calories and macronutrient advice can be given on request. Support with nutrition is also given via infographics and files in The Wellness Group on Facebook. There is also a free calorie calculator on the website that can be used as a good starting point.
For those that want to track their food, the branded recipe books are a big help. All recipes can be scanned directly into My Fitness Pal where you can log everything you consume. Keeping things realistic and simple, with regards to nutrition, is the aim. Eating good quality, clean foods most of the time is encouraged, and for most people this is enough to see really decent results, if they are consistent.
The ‘re-boot’ plan has proved to be successful and a great way to create habit and structure to your kitchen life. Please ask for more details on this, if you are interested in long term lifestyle changes.
Bootcamp sessions
The bootcamp sessions include a mixture of resistance training, HIIT cardio, and abs and core training. Adaptions and alternatives are put in place to suit all fitness levels and fitness experience. Changes are also made for those that may have injuries or other issues to work around.
Each session is planned to ensure a full body workout, working upper and lower body, abs and core. Functional training methods are used, with push/pull exercises and all planes of movement considered in the planning.
The sessions are either based on time or reps, with training methods such as ladders, pyramids, EMOM, Tabatas and AMRAP circuits being utilised. Progressive overload is encouraged, with good form a priority.

Doing the bootcamps with Beccy has made me fall in love with exercise and working out and made me feel both mentally and physically fitter. Not being a massive fan of gyms, and being the wrong side of 40, in April 2019 I joined Beccy’s Bootcamp with the aim of improving my fitness and drawn to the idea of the HIIT training format.

Team James Bootcamp is fantastic and Beccy’s commitment and support certainly motivate me to get up early to join her fun and friendly bootcamps. Her bootcamps have definitely improved not only my fitness but also my overall health as Beccy goes out of her way to support every aspect of fitness, health and wellbeing. I am so glad I made the move to Team James as Beccy is not only a great fitness instructor but also a great friend.
For anyone that this thinking of joining Bootcamp my advice is DO IT!! But don’t just join any bootcamp join Team James bootcamp, the reason I say this is Beccy is an amazing trainer. I have always suffered with my back and so I was nervous about joining a group exercise session but Beccy works tirelessly to ensure everyone knows exactly how to do every exercise properly, and with maximum impact.
Everyone at the bootcamp supports each other, and Beccy makes sure the sessions are fun and different each time. I would recommend joining and I have done more than I ever thought possible with my training!
